Booked for The Smashed Inn Rage Rooms?
Here's What You need to know!

  1. If you're coming to experience our Rage Rooms, then all you need to do, is arrive at your allocated booking time and date and be ready for some fun & excitement!

  2. All children MUST be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their time at 13 Axes Mini Golf

  3. Footwear is required, NO Bare feet allowed. Sandals / Thongs / Slides are all accepted, as all participants will be provided with boots before entering the Rage Room.

To fast track your check in process, please ensure all members of your group have completed their waiver prior to arrival!
This helps us get you inside and throwing much quicker!


To access your Waiver, simply Click on the "Sign Waiver"button below -  enter your booking number,  (You can find this on your booking confirmation email, OR enter the Last name for your booking and then click your session)

If you have booked for more than one person, please share this link with them so they can also complete the waiver before arrival.


IMPORTANT NOTE - All guests must use their own email address to complete their waiver

Our Waiver system uses your email address to identify you, so If multiple people use the same email address, only one waiver will be stored in our system.
So please ensure all guests use a seperate email address to complete their waiver.
Please note, It is a condition of entry and throwing that all guests sign the waiver, AND are wearing ENCLOSED shoes.
Guests MUST be 12 and over. 12/17 year olds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the session.

Any Minors MUST have PHOTO ID for age verification before they will be allowed to enter the venue.
