2026 Regional Axe Throwing Championships – Pacific Region
13 Axes Axe Throwing Australia is incredibly proud to be hosting the 2026 Regional Axe Throwing Championships (RATC) – Pacific Region!
From Friday 13 November to Monday 16 November 2026, axe throwers from across the Pacific Region will come together in Brisbane for a weekend of high-level competition, community, and everything we love about the sport of axe throwing.
We’re thrilled to welcome competitors from across the region to our new home in Chandler, Queensland, and to have the opportunity to showcase our venue and our incredible sport.
Whether you’re competing, supporting your favourite throwers, or simply coming along to experience RATC, we’re looking forward to making this a championship to remember.
This page will be your central hub for RATC information, including the competition schedule, registration details, venue information and important updates.

AATL — 13 Axes’ Original Ruleset
Created by 13 Axes and played at the venue for five years before joining the IATF, AATL is a unique lowest-score-wins format. Matches consist of 12 throws with a lane change halfway through, mandatory Double Tap attempts and the potential for a Hero Shot. Bonus throws can dramatically reduce your score, while missed Double Taps and dropped axes add penalties — making AATL a test of accuracy, consistency and risk management.
