Waiver of Liability Release Form

I am aware of the nature of this activity and I hereby assume responsibility for myself, the participant named above and below.

To participate and to be photographed & videoed for publicity purposes. I am aware that 13 Axes may use these photos and videos on their social media platforms and website for the purposes of marketing.

I agree to abode by all the rules included in the Official Waiver of Liability signed upon entry to the venue and understand that this form must be signed and returned to 13 Axes prior to my participation in any axe throwing activities.

I agree and understand that the total cost of 13 Axes League Season is

• IATF Standard League - $300 including a $20 registration fee due on signup,

• IATF Premier League - $300 including a $20 registration fee due on signup,

• IATF Big Axe League - $250 including a $20 registration fee due on signup,

• and I agree that if payment of the total amount has not been made by week 8 of the season, I will forfeit my inclusion and participation and will no longer be eligible for any prize, trophies, or prize money offered for the season.

13 Axes League 2025 Important Information

• League Season runs for 8 weeks in total

• League nights are :

• IATF Standard League - Thursday Nights at 7:00pm

• IATF Premier League - Sunday Evening at 6:15pm

• IATF Big Axe League - Sunday Evening at 6:15pm

• League members are invited to arrive up to 30 minutes early for warm-up throwing each week

Fees & Payments

• Registration Fee is due upon signup.

• Weekly Fees are due each week before league night begins.

• You cannot throw your league matches until payment has been made.

You can pay the total upfront costs of

• Standard League - $300

• Premier League - $300

• Big Axe League - $250

• Discounted rates for mutiple seasons will be advised on Week 1.

which is your 8-week season + registration fee in total, or you can pay your registration fee then per week over 7 weeks.

We can offer weekly direct debit payment options from a Visa debit account if you choose.

Please note, that your per-week fee is to cover your league matches each week.

If you are unable to attend, you will be given 1 week to make up your matches for the previous week, however, all fees must be paid to date for any makeup games to take place.

You can’t miss one week and then complete your makeup throws in the following week and only pay for that week – The season fees are broken down over the 7 weeks to assist in spreading the payments out over that period.

The total cost for the season is as advised above for your selected League, each match period is charged.

To be scored in the finals and to be eligible for prize money and trophies, you must have completed and paid for 8 match periods in total.

• All weekly attending members can come every Sunday between

*12:30pm – 2pm and throw for one hour which is included in your League membership.

Your fees must be current to take advantage of this additional time.

* These times may vary depending on venue capacity and will be advised each week.

• 13 Axes IATF Standard League, IATF Premier League & IATF Big Axe are sanctioned International Axe Throwing Federation League's (IATF) and as such will run according to the IATF Rules & abide by IATF Code of Conduct.

Weekly fees are due each Thursday or Sunday night on arrival – or can be paid in full at the beginning of the Season.
