Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, participants, spectators, and customers at 13 Axes Axe Throwing & The Smashed Inn Rage Rooms. By entering our venue or making a booking, you agree to all terms outlined below.

1. General Venue Rules
All visitors must follow staff instructions at all times for safety reasons.
Enclosed footwear rules, age restrictions, waiver requirements, and safety policies are strict and non-negotiable due to insurance and risk-management obligations.
Failure to meet any mandatory entry requirement will result in denied entry with no refund.
2. Age Restrictions
Axe Throwing Venue (13 Axes Axe House)
Minimum age: 12 years old.
Under 12s are not permitted in the venue under ANY circumstances.
This includes babies, toddlers, and children in prams.
This is an insurance requirement — absolutely no exceptions.
Participants aged 12–17 years:
Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the session.
Must provide Photographic Proof of Age (see Section 5).
Parent/guardian must sign the Minor’s Waiver.
Rage Room Venue (The Smashed Inn)
Minimum age: 12 years old.
Participants aged 12–17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Photographic Proof of Age requirements apply here as well.
Bookings Made Incorrectly
If a booking is made for anyone under the minimum age, your session will be cancelled and fees forfeited.
We make every effort to communicate age limits clearly; proceeding with a booking despite the warnings does not exempt you from the policy.

3. Footwear Requirements
Axe Throwing Venue
Enclosed shoes MUST be worn by everyone entering the venue — including spectators.
Shoes must be fully enclosed at the toes and heel.
CROCS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE as enclosed footwear.
No enclosed shoes = No entry.
Rage Rooms
Footwear is required, but sandals/thongs/un-enclosed footwear are acceptable to enter the Rage Room venue only.
All Rage Room participants will be supplied with protective boots before entering the session.

4. Waiver Requirements (Mandatory for Entry)
All participants AND spectators must complete the 13 Axes Waiver of Liability before entering the venue.
No waiver = No entry.
Digital-Only Waivers
To protect your personal information and ensure privacy compliance:
All waivers must be completed digitally through our booking system (Resova).
Paper waivers are not available or accepted.
If you need a device, we will provide one for onsite completion.

5. Proof of Age Requirements
Accepted documents for minors (12–17 years):
School-issued photo ID
Photographic Proof of Age card
Passport
Student ID card
This requirement is non-negotiable. If a minor cannot provide an appropriate Photo ID, entry will be denied.
A parent or legal guardian must sign the Minor’s Waiver.

6. Arrival & Session Structure
Please ensure your entire group arrives on time for your booking.
Axe Throwing sessions begin with a mandatory group safety briefing.
If you miss the briefing, you cannot participate.
Late arrivals will forfeit their session with no refund.

7. Behaviour, Safety & Intoxication Policy
13 Axes operates a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol.
Staff may conduct breath testing if intoxication is suspected.
If staff determine you are intoxicated:
Entry will be refused
Your session will be forfeited
No refund will be provided
Staff decisions regarding intoxication are final for safety reasons.

Additional Venue Safety Rules
No one from The Smashed Inn Rage Rooms may attempt to enter the Axe Throwing venue via the rear gate.
All venue rules must be followed at all times to maintain a safe environment.

8. Rage Room-Specific Requirements
All Ragers must have their own crate of smashables.
Sharing a Large or Extra Large Experience between participants is not permitted.
Rage Room sessions are 30 minutes.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We enforce a strict cancellation policy to ensure fair access to limited session spaces.
Important points:
All session purchases are non-refundable.
Cancellation or no-show = full session fee forfeited.
Change of date may be offered at our discretion and subject to availability.
Bookings canceled within 30 days may be able to rebook (subject to availability).
Cancellations on the day of booking or no-shows:
No refund
No rebook
No change of date
Credits (if offered by management)
Credits apply only to the type of service originally booked.
e.g., Rage Room credit → Rage Room only
Axe Throwing credit → Axe Throwing only
Credits cannot be used for food, drink, merchandise, or gift vouchers.
Credits are not refundable.

10. Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Gift vouchers may be redeemed for Axe Throwing and Rage Room sessions only.
Vouchers cannot be used for:
party deposits
merchandise
food or drink
purchasing more gift vouchers
Vouchers are single-use.
Any unused balance will be forfeited.
Gift vouchers expire 3 years from the purchase date.
Treat vouchers like cash — lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
Physical and digital vouchers are non-refundable.
Gift vouchers are redeemable for their stated dollar value only. Voucher value may be applied towards the current advertised price of eligible experiences. If the booking value exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of booking.

11. Pricing Information
Axe Throwing Pricing
Standard Session (online booking): $49.95 per person
Walk-in price (or additional non-booked group members and guests with no online booking): $55.95 per person
Session includes full safety briefing & coaching
Enclosed shoes are required for entry
Crocs are not acceptable as enclosed shoes
No enclosed shoes = No entry
Rage Room Pricing
Standard (25 items): $44.95 per person
Large (35 items): $54.95 per person
Extra Large (45 items): $64.95 per person
30-minute session
All minors must show Photographic Proof of Age

12. Group Booking Policy
Discounted group rate of $44.95 per person applies to bookings of 11+ people.
If fewer than 11 people arrive:
You will be charged the full standard price plus the cost of the unused booking spot.
Misuse of the group discount (e.g., intentionally booking 11 for only 10 participants) will result in:
additional charges, or
Cancellation of the booking without a refund
Each lane holds 5 people — overbooking or underbooking affects venue capacity and staffing.

13. VIP Throwing Pass Terms
Valid only at 13 Axes Australia, Chandler.
Treat as cash — lost, stolen, defaced, or altered passes will not be replaced.
Cannot be used for deposits, gift vouchers, merchandise, food, or drink.

14. Promotion Codes
Promo codes have specific Terms & Conditions.
Codes must be applied at checkout — no retrospective discounts.
Misuse of promotional codes may result in booking cancellation.
Promotions apply only to services specified in each promotion.
No refunds apply to discounted sessions.

15. Insurance Requirements (Important)
Our insurance provider requires that:
No one under 18 may enter the Axe Throwing venue while axes are on the floor.
Participants aged 12–17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Photographic Proof of Age is required for entry.
These requirements are strict, non-negotiable, and enforced at all times.
